Beer Pairing and Brewery Tour at Unknown Brewing
April 24, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm EDT
Join the Charlotte Food Bloggers for a private brewery tour and beer pairing event at Unknown Brewing in South End! We will kick our evening off with a private tour of the brewery and learn more about the brewing process with Unknown Brewing’s owner, Brad Shell. After our tour, we will sample and taste five of Unknown Brewing’s beers, specially paired with a variety of cheeses and appetizers.
There is a $15 cost for this event for the food pairings (Unknown Brewing is providing the beer and with your event payment, Charlotte Food Bloggers is providing the cheese and appetizers for the event. We are currently working on a special menu for both the cheese and appetizers and will announce the pairings soon!). You must purchase your ticket on Eventbrite and RSVP on Facebook!
Note: This event is capped at 20 attendees. If the event is not full by April 14, we will open the event to allow attendees to invite a paying guest. Member attendance (and guest attendance after April 14) is on a first come, first serve basis (with valid payment). Payments will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
About Unknown Brewing:
The Unknown is not about being mysterious. It’s not that we couldn’t come up with a name and gave up. The Unknown is about a way of life. It’s trying things that scare you. It’s not knowing the future but going after it anyway. It’s about the adventure and all of those things that are on your bucket list. The Unknown is your first kiss or your last time jumping out of an airplane. You only have one chance at this thing called life, so make it count. Try anything, question everything, no regrets and most of all, live without boundaries.
We strive to live this culture ourselves. We try to show this in our beers, our merchandise, and mostly our lifestyles. We want to push the limits of what can be done and also do it with a smirk on our face. Our beer is one thing we take serious, everything else in life we don’t.
All we know is that we are good people whose mission is to make really great beer and have fun doing it.
